STEP 1:  Rank yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 from the list below. Be Honest no one is looking.

STEP 2:  Now take your answers from line items

A (Introvert/Extrovert)

B (Unstable/Stable)

C (Close-Minded/Open to Experience)

and go to those columns below until you find the match to your answers. 

For example if you chose:

Introverted – Stable – Open

then you would be an explorer.

You may also find that you’re a combination of these values and characteristics.  Your personality characteristics are important, especially to your overall health, precisely because they are a part of you. Now use this knowledge to help yourself navigate the waters of life positively and productively.
