Hi, I’m Arthur Tassinello the author of “Quantum Shift into Greatness“, and a Life and Business Coach.

One of the people I admire the most and strive to imitate is Tony Robbins.  I have a deep appreciation of his methods and strategies, and use many of his techniques to create lasting harmony and peace in my own life and the lives of others.

As a professional entrepreneur I have been instrumental in organizational turnarounds, mentoring management on personal and professional issues and doing workshops for companies to illustrate what it takes to have a great working environment. I have even been the #1 sales person in organizations.

As my book is titled, Quantum Shift into Greatness is about you changing “How you do things”.  You see there are many people who do what you do, but how you do it differentiates you from everyone else.  In business, “thinking out of the box”, and having the personal resources of a coach can catapult you to success that others don’t achieve.  In your personal life knowing how to manage your relationships by understanding how to think and how to step out of reaction and emotion will provide you with peace and harmony.

In business my experiences span 4 decades at the executive level as CEO, COO, President and VP in sales, marketing, and operations.  I’ve been in several industries having worked for companies and owned several as well.  These varied positions and companies have provided me with the insights and knowledge to help you reach the success you are seeking.  It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been in business for years, or you’re a start-up, I will help you.
